LG V30 External DAC USB Noise - synekpol - 10-21-2020
Hello Everyone
I have an issue launching UAPP while connected to a external DAC. When I'm connected to a DAC and launch UAPP lots of noise comes through the headphones. The noise is there all the time while UAPP is launched. Once I exit UAPP, the noise goes away. This only happens in UAPP. There is no noise ff I launch the LG player, only UAPP. I tried playing with the UAPP settings but nothing seems to help. Please help.

I'm using the Musical Fidelity MX-DAC and MX-HPA combo.

I'm afraid I don't know. This does not happen on the 300+ other USB audio devices and UAPP does not interact with the USB DAC when you do not press play yourself.

There is an audible noise increase once the app is launched. I tried the Topping DX3 Pro but did not get the same issue. When connected to the MX DAC, once the app is launched the noise floor goes through the roof.
