I've read the benefits of USB Audio Recorder PRO over Android 5.0.
But what are benefits against Android 8.1 and/or 9.0 ?
Could you please tell me where I can read about that?

More or less the same. Android can only record using one sample rate and usually in 16-bit. It may apply filters as well. And it does not support many USB audio interfaces.
