Mqa playback and software volume control

Hi
So I only discovered UAPP recently and I am amazed how much difference it makes.
I have one question though: is it possible to playback MQA file and apply software colume control to the 24/88 or 24/96 stream ?
I can do this with Audirvana but when I try in UAPP, it seems the stream of MQA files to USB DAC is downsampled to 24/44...
Is this correct ?
Any suggestions are most welcomed !

The stream is not downsampled, but if you disable bit-perfect, then the MQA is not decoded.
