Suddenly in UAPP I'm getting the bizarre effect of very low volume for the first 60 seconds, then at exactly the one-minute mark, the correct louder volume kicks in.
This is using UAPP on an Nvidia Shield Pro Android TV box, playing through an RME ADI-2 DAC.
This volume problem is very new, and only when listening to UAPP, and was happening in UAPP v 6105.
Today I upgraded and it's still happening in UAPP v 6110.
I have never had this problem using this combination of hardware & software until about a week ago.
And *only* happens in UAPP, whether its one in my list of 'other radio stations' or a track from my music library,
It does not happen any of the other apps installed on the Nvidia box. For example I don't have this problem when playing the Soma FM app, or with any of the streaming-service apps.
Everything goes through the DAC and has always been fine. What is it about UAPP that could have changed to cause this? I have not gone into UPAPP's settings at all.
The Toneboosters parametric EQ and MorphIt stop processing when not purchased after 1 minute.
I managed to turn off parametric EQ, which appears to have stopped the one-minute-low-volume problem, but the "MorphIt" on-off slider (on Android TV) doesn't respond, and I'd like to turn MorphIt off, too. (It does respond on my Android phone.)
Yes, navigation is tricky on Android-TV-installed UAPP but I tried to disable MorphIt for a good 10-15 minutes and couldn't.
It seems odd that any change caused by new features would be allowed to affect a user's default settings, which seems to be what happened in my case.
Could the "Toneboosters" feature have been added without my installing a new version of UAPP? Was it there all along in v.6105?
Also, how do you add a new DAC to your list of supported DACs? Do you first have to have personal experience and testing, etc, with it? I'd like to think the RME ADI-2 FS DAC could be added.
You need to disable bit-perfect first before you can turn off MorphIt, although MorphIt will not process when bit-perfect is on.
The Toneboosters parametric EQ and MorphIt have been in the app for over 5 years at least.
All DACs that are USB audio class compliant will work. We haven't needed to change our driver in the past years for any DAC. The RME ADI-2 DAC is in our list of being compatible. Should you have problems with it, we kindly ask you to contact support@extreamsd.com.

On my Nvidia Shield Pro Android TV box, with bit-perfect disabled in UAPP (with "off" selected, not "when possible"), the entire MorphIt interface is unresponsive. (Unless I'm doing something else wrong.)

Then I have to have accidentally enabled them while navigating around the app, not seeing what's highlighted (as is the case using UAPP on Android TV).

That's great. And thank you for all your work on a very, very nice app, in spite of my nit-picks.

How can I disable MorphIt in Android TV, or otherwise make MorphIt on A-TV respond to navigation & other commands?

Anyone have an answer? Can this be done?
You cannot remote control those settings. You would need a mouse.
