I also use MusicBee for my music playlists management & sync'n to all my devices & thumbdrives. I have an S23 Ultra now but do use a Note 10+ for burning in cables, headphones & DAC. I've had no issues with hi-res music playlists in UAPP.
As I sync'd across multiple devices for my Android phone I didn't sync my music or playlists from MusicBee to my phones. I just set up my folder structure to mimic my Roon R.O.C.K NUC & windows user Music folder structure.
You do have to change all the paths in the playlist though so for example the D:\Music\.. path prefix becomes \Music\... & as long as the \Playlists\ folder is a 1st level child folder of the \Music\ folder on your android device this works. This ensures that all playlists display all tracks in all locations. Sometimes though i change a folder name or file format (flac to wav) & you need to update the folder name & files.
You can check how your device is reading the playlist by manually creating a test playlist & drop a couple of tracks into it from different folders through UAPP. then you can copy to your windows or mac laptop/PC open it & look at the path. them ensure that you mimic this in your playlists - then it will work. As you can see i have all types of music up to 32bit 384kHz & DSD512 (Octa) - all play from playlists on either of my Samsung phones with a DAC capable of native DSD512 playback (Chord's Hugo2 or iFi xDSD Gryphon)

& in \Music\Playlists\ I have more than 60 folders with playlists in them. The Path works on my S23 Ultra with 1TB storage - the path needed to be different for my Note 10+ as I had a 1TB MacroSD card & all music files were located on that.

but you can figure out the absolute or relative path by simply adding a track to a new playlist & viewing on windows or mac or an android file browser. Always ensure that you have the Playlists folder & the playlists within in the root of the \Music\ folder wherever that is.
