IH I'm new to this but when I tryed to ad a effect to my track I lost all the sound, I got rid of the effect but I still have no sound all the levels are OK and still nothing why ?
Hard to tell. Adding an effect alone should not cause this. Can you check if you have automation on that track or are outputting to a different bus?

Thanks for your help but I couldn't get it back, but I just went back to a previous Auto save and started again.
