Is there a way to merge all the separate clips of a track into one big clip?
There is none, unless the clips are overlapping.
Last month I was thinking about writing to the developer to allow merging of selected midi clips on a track, but then got too busy.

Yeah, I ended up saving it as a midi file and then importing it. At least that makes one long clip.
Just select 'Merge all clips' from the track menu.
