New to this, I have a cypher labs Theorem 720 dac and a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using USB AUDIO PLAYER PRO running Tidal and on the bottom of the music list, it says DAC 192000HZ FILE 44100HZ 16BIT 822KBPS.Is this the correct setting? cs1112.

No, it probably means you have selected upsampling which usually leads to lower quality.
