I'm using Fiio Q1 II DAC + KZ ES4 on my Honor 6x phone. When I'm using UAPP on my phone, there are crackling noises, which are not present when I'm using PC + Foobar. Means it's not in the file or DAC/earphones.

I've already enabled Force Packet to 1 and USB Tweak 1 and played with buffer size but still the same. Please help.

Most if not all Honor devices suffer from this. Please contact Honor since we cannot do anything about it.

I believe you're right. I tried with an Asus phone and it's clean. Will stay away from Honor phones next time. Thank you.

is there a list somewhere for affected manufacturers? or it's just Honor devices?
