No idea what tech UAPP uses for upsampling but I've used Audirvana on my 768Khz DAC and the results are easily heard, absolutely amazing clarity and detail in the audio out.
Audirvana uses Sox as per below - if UAPP doesn't already use this can it be added as a upsampling option - I'm sure adding this wouldn't be easy but I'm that much blown away with the audio quality from Audirvana I'm considering putting a PC in my car to play audio.
