Stereo track

Hi!
How is it possible to split a stereo track into two monotracks?
I have a recording on the left channel that i want to keep:)

Please enter scroll mode, then tap on an empty space on the track where you have the stereo clip on and select 'Split into two mono tracks' in the pop-up menu. You may need to zoom out to see the empty space behind the track to be able to trigger the track pop-up menu.
