If it says "Android: 44100Hz File: 192000Hz" on a 192KHz track, does that mean...

It is capable of every sample rate that a USB DAC supports. For supported phones featuring an internal HiRes audio chip, it will also play at any supported rate. Please tell us which Android device and USB DAC (if any) you are using.

If you are using the app on the Sony, then you won't get any HiRes audio since it cannot be supported.

"Two dedicated clock oscillations, one for the sampling frequencies of 44.1 kHz, 88.2 kHz and 176.4 kHz (CD/DSD), and the other for 48 kHz, 96 kHz and 192 kHz, enable completely synchronized demodulation for sound purity and uncompromising results regardless of the digital content source."
