I would love this too, drives me nuts! I pretty much NEVER use scroll during playback on any DAW. Of course some people do, so, on/off button or in the settings menu would be great.

If it's just in the settings, then we can do it. Otherwise there is basically no more room (for smaller phones).

We have added the 'Scroll display' option in the preferences. It will be available in next release.
