Playlist issue with iBasso DX170 - lrlebron - 10-26-2022

I am trying to import playlists into UAPP without any luck. I select a playlists and UAPP asks to if it can save it as an UAPP playlist and it goes thru the motions but when I try to load the playlist it is blank.
The same playlists work fine on a variety of Android players (Mango, Hiby, Poweram).
I created a playlist using the player itself and it works but when I try to export it all I get is a blank m3u file.
Any ideas?
