You could use both, but it also depends on what you want to achieve. With MorphIt you would select your Sennheiser model from the list and then select 'target' headphones that you wish to emulate. So you use MorphIt when you want to emulate other headphones and you use parametric EQ to taste or to correct for anomalies.

When you emulate other headphones, arent you really just EQ'ing what you currently have to sound like the other?
