I'm sorry you feel that way. It's different for everyone, probably depending on what you are used to, if any. I'm afraid manuals and videos is about everything we can do, other than asking things on the forum, so you are in the right place.
To change tempo for audio, you cannot simply change the tempo of the project. That will only change the timestamps of MIDI events. To change tempo for audio, you would need to time stretch the audio clip(s). Please activate Scroll mode, then long-tap on the audio clip you wish to stretch, then select 'Apply effects' and then 'Time stretching'. There you can make clips longer or shorter.
