The defaults are basically fine. For MQA, you can follow the instructions that the app displays when MQA is not decoded. Other than that, 24-bit 96kHz looks perfectly fine since that's what the MQA decoder outputs. For further unfolding you would need a MQA renderer inside a USB DAC.
