Massive Slowdown / Lock-up of the App due to "More Albums by [Artist]" section

The problem is due multiple scrollviews within another scrollview. In that case, Android draws all views (images) instead of just the ones visible. We haven't found a solution for this yet and Android does not seem to have fixed this (yet).
