Okay so I was incorrect previously the inputs  come up is either mono or stereo pairs mean that mono 1,2,3,4 and stereo pairs 1 and 2 next stereo pair 3 and 4 next stereo pair 5 and 6. I misread the information, as outputs.

  recorded many  different tracks

Changing the input from mono 1  to mono 2, 3, 4,then inputs stereo pairs 1 and 2, then 3 and 4, then 5 and 6.
As new tracks.

input 1 and 2  are always hot ,  no matter what is selected for the input through the software for the track input.

Track 1 is :

Selected input mono 1 for record
Record is good.
track playback for input mono one is good.

Track 2 is:

Select input mono 2 for record
Record is good
track playback for input mono 2 is
Good.

Track 3:

Selected input stereo pair 1 and 2
For record.
. Record is good
Input stereo pair 1 and 2  is good  in  stereo mode for playback.

Track 4 :

Selected input mono 3  for record
Record was bad.no signal.

Track 5.

Selected input 4 mono for  record
Record was bad.no signal

Track 6.

Selected input stereo pair 3 and 4  for record.
Record was bad.

Track 7:

Selected input stereo pair 5 and 6
 For record.
Record was good.
Track playback was good.

Note:

To my best recollection.

I will  make corrections if there are any discrepancies with the information so far.

Then Because input one and two are always hot it records inputs one and two signals on all of the 5 other tracks. If there is a signal for input one input 2.

I used a different recording app  for Android. Dolby  audio app.
it does not have any kind of routing through USB audio interface in the program.
It   recorded the signal on
input 1 , 2 , 5 and 6 .
The same as with the Audio Evolution app. For track input.

I hope this helps and I appreciate all your hard work and your valuable time and your effort with this.

thank you
