Volume drop problem

Hi My name is Juan motta and i'm starting in audio evolution, the problem that i have is when i use one channel for monitoring the voise, i hear a volume drop 15 sec later, then i desactivate and activate the track and sounds normal but 15 sec ir 20 sec ir drops again. I'm using a Focusrite solo and i already purchase 2 plugins from tonebooster and the extreme asio drivers that i use with, what is the problem?

Does the same thing happen when no effects are present on that channel?
