Transfer all settings, library and network connections

i have Usb audio pro installed in my android phone and works fine.

Now i bought a new android phone and i want to transfer all of my settings, my library and my network drives from my old device to the new one.

What is the proper way of doing this because i can't seem to figure it out.

I'm afraid that is not possible. Preferences are stored in the app's private space.
