Indicate track type, e.g. audio, instrument, etc.

It would be advantageous to indicate what type each track is, for example, distinguishing between audio tracks and instrument tracks.
Maybe this could be by means of a colour in the track control (or a part of it like a coloured strap). Or it could be an icon in the track area but this may take too much (valuable) screen estate.
