As the title says, plus it never let me type my password, only my email address when I try to log in to Tidal.

Since that is all happening solely on the TIDAL website, we have no influence on this. Is there any error message after you have entered your email and pressed enter/Go?

No error messages at all, it is just won't allow me to type my password, just my email again and again.

Am I allowed to download to previous version's APK from apkmirror?

That is illegal, but it won't work anyway. Can you please contact TIDAL, since it is their login page.
