I have been experimenting the settings in the app and might have messed up something, how can I reset the app to the settings it came with? Do I need to uninstall or is there another way to do it? Thank you in advance.

That's one way, the other way is to open the Android settings app, select Apps, USB Audio Player PRO, Storage and clear the data. Please note that if you are on Android 11 or higher, this would also delete playlists that you have created, so export them first with the top-right menu in the playlists section if you want to keep them.
