Adding to 'Other Radio Station'
#1
Hi all,

First post here and very much a newbie to this, so it's quite likely I'm doing something wrong.

I am trying to add a radio station to 'Other Radio Stations' namely the BBC stations.
I have added the url okay but when I try to play it the app says "No Active Track!"

Am I doing it the wrong way or is the url incorrect?
This is the one that works just fine in VLC -
http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/man...o_one.m3u8

Thanks

Lawrence

Awesome app BTW! Wink

I think that station is restricted for use only from the UK. Since we are not in the UK, we cannot test it. It also gives No active track, but pasting the link that the m3u8 points to in a web browser gives an Access denied.

I'm Very inexperienced in this. When I tried that it wanted to save the link to a file on my drive. I did that and the file displays as VLC type, which I knew anyway
Does that give you any more idea?

It was more the format, .m3u8
Is that the right format for your app to work with?

It reads the m3u8, no problem. But are you in the UK?
