Album Artwork Not Displaying in Long Playlists
#1
After a library refresh recently I'm finding that long playlists no longer display any artwork. The artwork displays in Artist, Albums etc, just not when contained within a long playlist.

If I play a track from a playlist, once it has played the artwork does display in the playlist temporarily, until I close the app, open it again and there is no artwork. I have selected 'Android DB playlists' and 'Cache album art' in Settings > Library to try and rectify this. I also select 'Ask to convert to UAPP playlist' in Settings > User Interface menu, as this helped with album artwork in the past.

The correct 'Title' also doesn't display which makes me think it's a tag reading issue on long playlists; it will show the filename instead, for example 'musictrack.mp3' (filename), rather than 'Music Track' (title).

Thanks for any help with this, a minor bug in a great app.

For long playlists, the app doesn't read the meta data indeed. When the track starts playing, the current track display should however show the correct title and album art. I understand that isn't happening?

When I play a track, it doesn't show the title or album art. However if I let the track play or skip to the next track, then back to the previous track the title and art displays, however it doesn't remember; if I close the app and reopen then it's back to no art or title.

Thanks for the help.

Hiya, I'm just wondering if there will be a future update for artwork/metadata being included on longer playlists?

Many thanks
