That is a long story, but it will take a while to get that fixed unfortunately since Google is not responding to our questions.

is there a workaround for transferring projects to another device? I can copy the projects folder to an external drive, but copying it back on the other device seems impossible...

It would require some additional steps (and storage space) since the files are in the app's private directory space (unless you are running Android 10 or older) that cannot easily be accessed. There are two solutions:
* If you have a PC, you can access the files using the folder Android/data/com.extreamsd.aemobile/files/AudioEvolution/Projects. So you can copy them from one device to your PC and then back to the other device * First use Project -> Portal import/export -> Export to export the selected project(s) to the portal directory, for example Documents. Then you would need the Google Drive app to copy the projects from the portal directory/Export/Projects to Drive. Then on the target device, download these projects using the Drive app, make sure a portal directory is created in the app, then move the projects downloaded from Drive to portal directory/Import/Projects. Then use Portal import in the app to import the projects. We will be looking into solving the issue with Drive shortly though.

Excellent, thanks.
I've successfully transferred projects by connecting both devices to a PC. Thanks Jim |
