Edits in piano roll not reflected in playback until stop/start

I have an armed track using a soundfont, played with my USB MIDI keyboard, I recorded some notes then pressed stop.

I set a loop region and while playback was looping I went into the piano roll editor to edit the notes.  I changed the length of the note and exited the piano roll editor, but it was still being played back as a shorter note.  I pressed stop and then play and the note sounded correctly.

It seems like while loop is active, edits in piano roll don't take effect until playback is stopped then restarted?

Interestingly, you shouldn't have been able to enter the piano roll while playing back from the main screen. But that aside, when you loop inside the piano roll editor, you should hear the changes you have made after the loop restarts.
