Scan import not complete

Is there any particular reason why an import scan would not find all tracks? For example, UAPP only found a single album amongst 9 albums of Grateful Dead, and scanning again doesn’t work. Coincidentally, it was the most recent GD album added, and it doesn’t make a difference if I search “artist” or “album artist”.

Admittedly, after collecting music since the ‘60s, my library is large and almost a full Tb. My SD card is a Sandisk 1.5Tb, my DAP is the iBasso DX 180, and its own integrated player, Mango, finds all albums…

Anyone have a thought?

I have a similar problem, out of my entire library I have detected for the moment that in at least one folder that has 5 subfolders, the scan does not show me the artist, nor the album artist, but I can find the albums... any explanation or solution?

You're right, my problem was due to an accent al artist name... that make that it goes to the end of the list...
