Jerky playback sound / android TV

Installed the app on my Sony KE55-A8 android TV. Playing flac files from my NAS, the playback is jerky, clicks many times a second.
Tried different sample/bit rate files, no difference. Tried Topping DX5 DAC, then a USB spdif interface, both same result.
Then I tried to use the android sound from TV, and it's good!
Played with all the settings and the tweak settings, no difference.

Any ideas ?

It's probably caused by a buggy USB stack on the Android TV. Please try enabling upsampling in the USB audio settings.

I tried it, both options, but no change. Also checked, the TV has the latest software update.
