Pianoteq damper pedal
#1
I am a new user (since yesterday). Audio Evolution Mobile looks really good.  My first issue is with the damper pedal controller in PianoTeq 8.  What is happening is that if I stop the sequence while the damper pedal is down, the sound stops like it should, but when you restart the sequence, the last held notes ring out until the damper is lifted within the sequence.  I can sort of get around this by putting a controller 64 value of 0 at the very beginning of the track.  Then it just rings out for a brief moment before the controller 64-0 event stops it.

I wonder if some sort of an “all notes off” or “controller 64-0” thing on all midi channels every time you stop the transport would fix this.

The app sends an all notes off message automatically on stop. It also renders a couple of seconds of silence in non-realtime after that. What you hear when re-arming would be what is played after those seconds by the PianoTeq. Unfortunately, some plugins still produce sound. Unlike other apps, Audio Evolution does not keep playing/rendering instruments after stopping playback.
