Not in real-time by MIDI. You can adjust the parameters using automation though.

ARRG banging my head against the wall trying to simulate a rotary speaker with speed control. Installed the Viena soundfont editor but I can't get any control change that I set up to work. At least now I can build split and layered instruments on the same midi channel.
