Parametric EQ Setting

Thanks for fixing the Delete Parametric EQ Setting. The EQ sounds really good. We could use:
1) Rename Setting
2) Many of the onscreen text and controls are too small to read or manipulate. The UI needs more work.

I'm afraid it will remain like this. You can long-press the text controls to enter values manually.
