Converting m3u8 to xml

I have some playlists from another media player on my phone that I want to use in UAPP, but they're in m3u8 format. Is there an easy way to convert them into xml, which seems to be the format UAPP creates playlists in? Or am I missing something? UAPP doesn't recognize them.

There is no way to convert it manually. UAPP supports m3u, but not m3u8. Not sure what the difference is, we would need to look into that.
