Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD?

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution to make simple recordings in a rehearsal room. What I need is 3 or 4 track recording and 1 MIDI track at the same time. So I thought  about buying the Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD, which has some nice reviews. But in the compatibilty list, I find only the older version (without HD). Does anyone know if this device will work? 

My tablet is a Medion Lifetab S10366 with an Intel chipset and Android 5.1.

Thank you. Now I can confirm that everything seems to work fine with the UMC404HD and my Medion LIFETAB S10366. Fantastic program!
