playing recorded track mutes armed track

Good day.
Is there a way to make AEM not mute the armed track when playing back another recorded track. As soon as I hit stop playing, the sound comes back on my armed track. Works great if I record a track, then hit record and play along and record on second track. Sometimes I just want to play along with the recorded track without recording it. Using an Behringer UCg 102

I know this is way late but YES this has been fixed/implemented! I have been out of the AEM loop for some time time now because of this issue, thought I would check back in and to my great surprise this finally works! So thank you dwrae!
