Can't decode short audio files
#1
The player can't play small files, error message is "Can't decode".

E.g. .flac file of size 610 kbytes, duration 12 seconds (44.1k*16).
Also .wav file converted form the same .flac (2 Mbytes).
Other players can play it.

Also impossible to jump to the last 12 seconds of any track - "Can't decode".

To play short tracks "Network buffer size" should be set to minimum - 5 seconds (it was default - 10 s).
5 s is acceptable so it is not necessary to fix this issue.
And for local folders no problem at all.
