What can affect the size of the network packet? 
Does this relate to the use of cellular data?

Not sure what you mean, but the network chunk size is what you select, there is nothing else that can affect it.

Yes .. apparently the features of the translation, I didn’t quite precisely formulate .. I mean - resizing a network packet will affect what? Does it matter when using cellular networks?
